Client Feature: High Altitude Residential Property in Bukidnon

Many people have always admired the beauty of wood, just like our recent client who purchased Modern Design Furniture from AB Frank Interiors. It is a highly sought-after material by design professionals due to its classic, timeless, and attractive design. There's a style for everyone, thanks to the wide range of color, grain pattern, and texture options.

The challenge however, in using wood nowadays, is that there is scarcity in resources, and the local authorities have imposed strict guidelines pertaining to the use of wood in the construction industry. To address this, AB Frank Interiors worked with our affiliate engineers, architects and interior designers that would justify one alternative for furniture design, which is more economical, and versatile: laminated boards.

Color Palette Versatility

Laminated Plywood is essentially any piece of plywood that has had a laminate or film face put directly to one or both of the faces of a raw plywood substrate. Different colors, textures, and grain characteristics are available in these laminates.

Because of the ever-changing nature of laminated boards, it might be difficult to distinguish it from a crowd at times. Different laminated board color palettes are hard to differentiate at a distance from our hardwood furniture.  A special walnut stain on the laminated board is obvious, but seeing something like mahogany solid wood from a distance becomes more difficult. This is really one of the advantages of utilizing a laminated board, as it's nearly hard to tell whether anything is made of natural wood from a distance.

Aside from that, the numerous choices of color palettes allow furniture to fit in any existing design. Especially on minimalist furniture, furniture does not need a lot of attention to have. These are the types of furniture design we applied to our client’s residency. Everything was kept plain and simple but it does not hurt the aesthetics of the existing interior fit-out.

Modular Furniture in Davao

Design Application

The most noticeable feature of laminated plywood on modular furniture is that it dramatically alters the appearance of your sheet while maintaining its strength, stability, and longevity. A bare piece of marine plywood looks fantastic in some applications. However, there is a variety of situations in our featured client in which a distinct appearance is necessary.

Latte Noche or Java Teak palettes come helpful in this situation. These are available in a wide selection of solid colors and patterns, allowing us to pick the best aesthetic finish for your project. These architectural treatments improve the look of veneers, countertops, and cabinets.

The world of laminated plywood for modular furniture is wide, with the abundance of project-enhancing features that Davao modular furniture suppliers could produce.
