How We Aced Client-Contractor Relationship in this Soon to Open Hotel Project at Mati, Davao Oriental
Interior Fitout and Furniture projects at AB Frank have been working out very well lately. It has always been very humbling how we never stop to amaze ourselves on almost every furniture creation that we’ve accomplished for each unique project that lands on our hands. Our team experience and bond has played a big role on our latest furniture project on a hotel.
It wasn’t easy but the experience of success is worth learning from. There were a lot of trials on the fabrication process such as the client’s expectations for the furniture to be and client’s vision for the hotel. All of these dare we accept and solve it unconsciously with what we have always been.
Client Expectation
The first challenge we have to face is that we expected that a hotel by the Dahican beach shore would be just like the other hotels in the area with a simple furniture theme that everyone goes to. It turns out that the client puts the pressure down and expresses that they expect AB Frank Interiors to help the hotel achieve luxurious looking through well-designed furniture - without necessarily hurting their bank account.
Thinking of what the clients want makes us think how much work would be needed to bring materials from a Davao modern furniture shop to Dahican, Mati. Everyone was caught off guard and stunned with the desired outcome of the furniture. We were ready for an ergonomic design but considering that the manufacturing will be done at Davao, then brought to Dahican for assembly, we are talking about big time here and longer time.
The whole team in AB Frank Interiors still stood high as our manager increased our morale by reminding us how far we have gone and how much we have achieved together.
Hotel Vision
Our private clients have their long-standing vision for the hotel. With the luxurious modern theme they are planning to have for the resort, they found it best to push it a little more with the goal of being the first 3 star rated hotel in the Dahican, Mati belt. This means that the modular furniture we would be making would be the best of the best any modular furniture company in Davao City could make.
We had to consider a lot more on the outdoor modular furniture that would last longer than expected and still show off class. While the indoor modular furniture has to showcase a low key focal point for its uniqueness.
With all these tests in mind while we are currently still working on the project we have become conscious of how much greatness we have achieved with the unique thing we have avialble on our artistry.
